The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the NBFC or financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving business goals while ensuring superior customer service.
Vacant Branches: Karamana and other branches in Trivandrum region.
Minimum 6 months experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics
