Testing & Validation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test cases, and ensure delivered solutions match initial specifications.
Project Governance: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage project deliverables, and track progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
