Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer enquiries.
Assist customers with gold loan applications, documentation, and KYC verification.
Support gold loan processing and coordinate with the concerned team for gold valuation and loan disbursement.
Maintain customer records, transaction details, and branch documentation.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support business development activities and achieve branch targets.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and applicable financial compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn financial operations and gold loan procedures.
Candidates should be willing to work at any of the assigned Surat branches.
