Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Translate business needs into explicit functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Analyze existing processes and systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Develop use cases, process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization to inform business decisions.
Conduct cost-perk and impact analyses to assess proposed changes.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
