Job Requirements:
Proven experience in skilled kitchen operations and food preparation.
Robust knowledge of menu planning, food quality, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management.
Experience in Japanese cuisine is an added advantage.
Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain consistent food standards.
Candidates with experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or Pan-Asian dining establishments are preferred.
