Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will proactively market and place bench candidates (primarily for US-based roles), identify suitable job requirements from various job boards and client portals, and submit qualified profiles in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, negotiating rates and terms,



and ensuring regular follow-ups to close positions efficiently. The role involves maintaining an updated pipeline of available consultants, tracking submissions and interview statuses, and collaborating with internal teams to meet placement targets and service standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Sales Recruitment skills, including bench marketing, lead generation, and closing placements.
Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with the ability to nurture client relationships and understand hiring needs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in US IT staffing or recruitment, including familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) is highly beneficial.
Solid negotiation, time management, and CRM or ATS proficiency are desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
