Role & responsibilities The team member will be responsible for management of NonPerforming Asset (NPA) data, compliance, provisioning, and regulatory submissions and oversight. The role requires robust analytical abilities, sound understanding of RBI regulations, and expertise in preparing MIS, financial disclosures, and audit documentation

Preferred candidate profile
NPA Data Management & Maintenance
Compile, maintain data related to NPA accounts, writeoffs, restructured assets.
Ensure timely updates to NPA trackers and internal data repositories.
Provisioning & Writeoff Accounting
NPArelated provisioning calculations as per RBI norms and internal policies.
Check and verify accounting entries for NPA provisioning and related adjustments.
Compute provisions for restructured accounts and Security Receipts (SRs).
Regulatory Reporting & Disclosures
Prepare and submit RBI and industrywide regulatory returns
Support preparation of financial statement disclosures related to NPA, provisioning, and asset classification.




MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare and circulate periodic MIS on NPA movement, restructuring, and provisioning.
Provide analytical insights to senior management for decisionmaking.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate and support RBI, Statutory, Concurrent, Internal, and System audits.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and timely closure of audit observations.
Prepare documentation for annual certifications related to NPA compliance.
Policy & Regulatory Adherence
Ensure adherence to the Banks policy on income recognition, asset classification, and provisioning (IRACP).
Implement updates in line with revised RBI guidelines.
Automation & Process Improvement
Support project management activities for NPA automation initiatives aligned with RBI guidelines.
Identify prospects to streamline reporting, provisioning, and data management processes.
