Role Overview

We are looking for a business-minded professional, preferably an MBA graduate, to support business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth. The role offers hands-on exposure to the complete business lifecycle — from prospect research and client acquisition to relationship management and post-sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Analyse company prospectuses, institutional profiles, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
Business Development: Research potential clients, identify leads, support outreach, and participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, build qualified relationships, and support proposals and business presentations.




Post-Sales Management: Track client satisfaction, coordinate follow-ups, identify upselling prospects, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Strategy & Execution: Analyse business opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and support growth initiatives.

Who Should Apply?
MBA graduates or candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
Robust communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Interest in business development, consulting, sales, and client relationship management.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-powered research tools is an advantage.
