About the Role

We are looking for a Business Consultant who can understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and provide practical strategies to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the company’s business, goals, services, and challenges.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and business growth.
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Analyze sales, client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Identify gaps in operations and suggest better processes and systems.
Work with different departments to improve coordination and productivity.
Develop and track business KPIs and performance reports.
Prepare business plans, recommendations, and presentations for management.
Help implement recent strategies and monitor their results.
Identify potential risks and suggest solutions.
Support management in important business decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in business consulting, business development, strategy,



operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of business operations and revenue generation.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with data, reports, and business KPIs.
Valuable knowledge of market and competitor research.
Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who does not only identify problems but also provides practical solutions and helps the company implement them.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong business knowledge and analytical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
