Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru or similar bidding portals.
Proven experience in IT/software development bidding.
Solid understanding of technologies such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, AI/ML, Cloud, Data Engineering, .NET, Java, Python, React, Node.js, Flutter, etc.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
Good understanding of project estimation, pricing and software development life cycles.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
Experience handling international clients, particularly US, UK, Middle East, Canada or Australia, is preferred.
Ability to independently research prospects and identify genuine opportunities.
Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and sales tracking tools.
