Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the construction industry to identify new business prospects, develop client relationships, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and support order finalization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, sales pipelines, and business development activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams to ensure effective client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience dealing with builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, or project consultants.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
