Elba Living is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier cum Accountant to manage daily billing, cash handling, accounting entries and financial records at our showroom in Thiruvalla.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily billing, invoicing and customer payments.
Manage cash, UPI, card transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense records.
Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial documentation.
Manage sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payment records.
Assist with GST billing and basic GST-related documentation.
Coordinate with the head office for accounts, reports and financial updates.
Prepare daily sales reports and cash closing statements.
Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in cashiering, accounting or billing.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally or similar applications.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and bookkeeping.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Robust numerical skills, honesty and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
