Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identify land acquisition, joint venture (JV), and redevelopment prospects across MMRDA and NAINA regions.
Conduct market research and assess project feasibility, pricing, and development potential.
Evaluate land titles, legal due diligence, statutory approvals, and financial viability.
Participate in JV structuring, negotiations, and relationship management with landowners and partners.
Identify distressed properties, NCLT cases, and bank auction opportunities.
Prepare feasibility reports, cash flow models, bid proposals, and monthly MIS.
Coordinate society redevelopment, regulatory approvals, and project execution activities.
Understand applicable regulations, including DCR 2034, UDCPR, MHADA, and SRA.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile
5 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate land acquisition, redevelopment, or JV transactions.
Solid market knowledge, negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
