Position Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will be the driving force behind growing our skilled network. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber advisors, consultants, and industry executives onto our platform. This role is a blend of strategic sourcing, outbound communication, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and research high-profile advisors, executives, and subject matter experts across targeted industries using LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
Outbound Outreach: Execute cold and warm outreach campaigns via phone to pitch our platform's value proposition to potential advisors.
Onboarding & Verification: Guide specialists through the end-to-end registration process, verifying credentials and ensuring a seamless platform experience.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for recent advisors during their first 90 days, ensuring high engagement and retention.
Pipeline Management: Maintain data integrity by tracking all outreach, communication, and onboarding milestones within the CRM.





Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 0 –3 years of experience in business development, executive recruiting, inside sales, or account management.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives.
Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with a proven ability to meet and exceed outreach targets.

What We Offer
Competitive base salary with an uncapped performance-based bonus structure.
Fuel Allowance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
