Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time in office in Gurugram, supporting growth initiatives and client acquisition efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market and industry research, and preparing business proposals and pitch materials.

The role involves coordinating meetings, delivering presentations to prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.



The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, gather feedback from prospects and clients, and contribute to revenue targets through structured outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications
Solid presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations and pitch decks
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline
Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business opportunities
Clear, professional communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-focused workplace with measurable targets
Ability to use CRM tools, Excel, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Prior experience in consulting, business services, or B2B sales is an advantage
