We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Non-IT Staffing to drive business growth and build strong client relationships within the non-IT recruitment and staffing sector.
This position is with Talent Deploy , an affiliated company within our business group. Candidates will be briefed about the company and role during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the Non-IT recruitment and staffing market.
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other business development channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring and staffing requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for fulfillment.
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to client acquisition and closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations,
and requirement discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure.
Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion, and long-term client partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the non-IT staffing industry.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales.
Mandatory experience in Business Development for Non-IT Recruitment / Staffing.
Robust understanding of the recruitment/staffing business model.
Proven experience in acquiring and managing staffing/recruitment clients.
Robust client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
