Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture, blood collection, and other specimen collection procedures.
Operate and maintain automated biochemistry analyzers, chemiluminescence analyzers, ABG analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
Process samples, perform laboratory tests, verify results, and ensure timely reporting.
Follow quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and laboratory safety procedures.
Perform instrument calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow infection control protocols.
Monitor laboratory reagents, consumables, and inventory requirements.




Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable laboratory quality standards.
Support effective laboratory operations and contribute to reliable diagnostic services.

Qualifications
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates with 2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience are preferred.
Practical knowledge of blood collection, sample handling, and laboratory testing is an advantage.
Knowledge of automated analyzers, laboratory quality control, and LIS is desirable.
