About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Officer to generate new clients, promote digital marketing services and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify current business prospects.
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads and website development.
Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and close deals.
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build robust client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
Digital marketing agency experience preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing services.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month+ Incentives based on experience and performance. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
