The candidate is responsible for identifying and generating partner leads, converting them through outbound calling, onboarding them onto the platform, and driving revenue by cross-
selling wealth products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), and PMS. The role combines sales, relationship management, and partner servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Call on existing database and generate current partner leads
Convert leads into partners through calls and follow-ups
Onboard partners (KYC, documentation, platform registration)
Activate partners and ensure they start business
Maintain relationship and provide ongoing support
Cross-sell products: Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS
Drive revenue through partner network
Maintain data and update call / partner status
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and issue resolution
Skills Required & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Sales and target-oriented approach
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic knowledge of financial products (preferred)
