Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, manage staff, ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, including administration, customer service, sales, and staff management.
Supervise and review cashier transactions, including member deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions, proper cash management, and accurate maintenance of financial records.
Prepare and submit daily branch reports to the Operations Team.
Train, guide, and motivate branch employees to achieve business targets and maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct induction and onboarding of recent employees.
Address member queries, complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
Promote the society’s products and services to existing and prospective members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations,



and security procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of member information and safeguard the society’s assets.
Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve branch performance.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or cooperative credit societies preferred.
Previous experience in branch operations and team management will be an added advantage.
