Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models based on project specifications and client requirements.
Prepare accurate shop-floor technical drawings for manufacturing and installation.
Prepare quotations and pricing for office furniture system products.
Use CAD software to create, modify, and analyse designs efficiently.
Support project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with team members to develop and improve designs.
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings and designs.
Stay updated on industry trends, current technologies, and software developments.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to recent requirements.
Possess valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills and Software
AutoCAD – 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Pytha, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other 3D modelling and rendering software will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Work Experience: 3–4 years of experience in the furniture industry, preferably in office furniture systems.
