BIM Coordinator MEP

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Schedule: 6 Days | Alternate Saturday Off

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage MEP BIM projects, with preference for Electrical BIM experience.
Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues.
Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.
Coordinate with project teams and support timely project delivery.
Guide and coordinate BIM Modelers and ensure quality of deliverables.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in MEP BIM, preferably Electrical.
Robust hands-on experience in Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
Experience in Clash Detection / Navisworks is preferred.
Positive understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and coordination.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Experience in Data Center / International projects will be an added advantage.
