To manage and control the overall Bodyshop operations, ensuring productive vehicle repair, high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, optimum productivity, profitability, and timely delivery of vehicles in line with Honda standards.
Key Responsibilities
Solid knowledge of automobile body repair and painting processes.
Valuable understanding of insurance and accident repair procedures.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Target-oriented and commercially focused.
Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and workshop management systems.
Ability to analyse operational and financial reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
