Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations for interior projects.
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
Prepare and submit tender/commercial proposals within deadlines.
Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for materials and works.
Coordinate with the Design, Projects, Procurement and Sales teams for project requirements.
Analyse material, labour and installation costs and ensure accurate pricing.
Identify scope gaps, exclusions and commercial risks in tender documents.
Prepare rate analysis and detailed costing for flooring, ceilings, partitions,
furniture and other interior works.
Maintain estimation and tender records and support cost negotiations.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising quality.
Preferred Skills:
Valuable knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction methods.
Solid knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD and estimation/tendering tools.
Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis and vendor costing.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on multiple tenders with tight deadlines.
