Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive/ Marketing Executive to promote our qualified courses by connecting with educational institutions, training centres, and other relevant organizations. The role involves building institutional relationships, arranging course-awareness sessions, presenting our programs, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact schools, colleges, training institutes, and other relevant institutions.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with institutional representatives.
Arrange and coordinate career guidance/course awareness sessions at institutions.
Introduce and explain the courses and training programs offered by the organization.
Deliver presentations and confidently communicate course benefits, eligibility, career opportunities, and other relevant information.
Generate and collect student/prospect leads during and after institutional sessions.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other appropriate channels.
Maintain accurate records of institutions contacted, sessions conducted, and leads generated.
Meet assigned monthly targets for institution visits, sessions, and lead generation.




Coordinate with the admissions and management teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
Explore current institutions and opportunities for expanding the organization's reach.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, visits, sessions, and lead generation.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, management, and institutional representatives.
Willingness to travel locally for institutional visits and promotional activities.
Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and social media/communication tools.
Previous experience in education marketing, field marketing, institutional marketing, or sales is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
