Idea Showcase is looking for a Content Creator – Video & Reels who can take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → final reel .

We’re looking for someone who understands that a good reel is more than just nice visuals. It needs a strong hook, sharp storytelling, excellent pacing, and a reason to keep watching.

What you’ll do
Shoot high-quality Reels and short-form videos for brands and clients
Handle camera/mobile shooting, lighting, framing and composition
Plan shots, angles, sequences and transitions
Edit engaging Reels for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Work with typography, motion graphics, transitions, music and sound design
Create kinetic typography and text-based animations
Add captions, subtitles, graphics and basic VFX
Develop reel concepts and explore relevant trends
Shoot content across product, food, hospitality, lifestyle, people, events and BTS




Collaborate with our creative and branding team to turn ideas into content

What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in videography/editing
Solid understanding of short-form content and Instagram Reels
Good visual sense and storytelling ability
Proficiency in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
Basic to strong knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
Understanding of colour grading, audio and typography
Someone who can independently take a concept and turn it into a finished reel

Valuable to have: Photography, gimbal, drone, CGI/3D, AI video tools or advanced motion graphics skills.
