Job Profile

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in loan sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan business through different channels, managing clients and channel partners, and coordinating with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and source loan leads through property dealers, builders, channel partners, CAs, references, and other market sources.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, dealers, builders, CAs, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, documentation, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for processing, verification, documentation, and disbursement.
Ensure required documents and policy requirements are properly aligned with the respective financial institution.
Develop new channel partners and maintain existing business relationships.
Maintain lead and customer records through MS Excel/CRM.
Understand the local market,



identify new business opportunities, and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain strong coordination, cooperation, and communication with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Strong product knowledge related to loans and financial services.
Good understanding of the local market and loan sourcing channels.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Experience Candidates with a background in Sales & Marketing, Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales, Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Property Loans, or Channel Partner Sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
