Role & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage new B2B prospects across industries using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position Mindtel’s solutions as tailored business enablers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead scoring models.
Manage end-to-end sales pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-up discipline.




Close pilot projects and initial contracts; upsell and cross-sell based on client success metrics.
Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and partner meetups to expand Mindtel’s footprint.
