Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new leads through various channels and approach potential clients.
Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales pitches and proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.
Track and report business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers of existing clients.




Identify opportunities for business expansion and recent client acquisition.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
Candidates with Tele Sales experience should have experience managing a team of callers or handling B2B Sales.
Prior B2B Sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into revenue.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
