Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Counselors who can interact with students and parents, understand their concerns, and guide them toward suitable educational and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding education and career options.
Understand student requirements, concerns, and aspirations.
Conduct meaningful conversations and build trust with students and families.
Provide appropriate guidance based on individual needs.
Follow up with prospective students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth counseling process.

Eligibility
Freshers and interns are welcome.
Minimum qualification: M.A. Psychology
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, confident,



and comfortable speaking with parents and students.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
