We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Valuation Engineer (Civil) to join our growing asset appraisal team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical site inspections, verifying technical property documents, assessing land and building values, and preparing comprehensive Detailed Valuation Reports (DVR). The ideal candidate will combine robust structural and civil engineering knowledge with market research skills to provide accurate property assessments for bank finance, mortgages, and statutory purposes.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
