We are looking for a "Business Development Executive" to handle lead generation, student counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads.
Counsel prospective students about courses.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain lead and conversion records.
Build solid relationships with prospective students.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in Sales/BDE/Education Counselling is preferred.
Salary
Freshers: ₹15,000/month
Experienced (2–3 Years): ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
Salary for experienced candidates will depend on relevant experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
