Role & responsibilities
Assist with daily production activities and monitor processes.
Support quality checks and documentation under supervision.
Learn and apply 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.
Coordinate with store and purchase teams for material handling.
Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in data entry for ERP systems.
Participate in safety and compliance training sessions.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Freshers welcome; prior internship/project experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Robust interest in production, quality, and operational excellence.
Positive communication and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
