Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries.
Handle patient complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain confidentiality.
Support the customer care team in achieving service quality targets.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills
Fluency in Urdu, Tamil, and Malayalam is mandatory.
