What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day residential construction site activities
Supervise RCC, foundation, masonry, plastering and finishing works
Read and implement civil, structural and architectural drawings
Check dimensions, levels, quality and workmanship
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and workers
Monitor materials, manpower and daily project progress
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards and timelines
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1–4 years of relevant site experience
Residential construction experience preferred
Valuable knowledge of construction activities and drawings
Valuable communication and site coordination skills
Own two-wheeler is mandatory
Ready to travel to different project sites across Bangalore
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
