Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure proper taste, texture, portion size, and food quality.
Prepare dishes such as pasta, pizzas, steaks, grilled items, soups, salads, sauces, and other Continental specialties.
Menu &
Recipe Management
Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Assist the Head Chef in developing current dishes and updating the menu.
Suggest improvements to recipes and food presentation.
Food Quality &
Hygiene
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations during food preparation and storage.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
Kitchen Operations
Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently during service hours.
Ensure all orders are prepared and served on time.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections and service staff for smooth operations.
Inventory &
Cost Control
Monitor the availability of ingredients and inform the senior chef about shortages.




Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Assist with stock checking and proper storage of ingredients.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with Commis Chefs, kitchen assistants, and other team members.
Guide junior staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Maintain discipline and teamwork within the kitchen.
Kitchen Safety &
Cleanliness
Keep the workstation, equipment, and kitchen area clean and organized.
Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and properly.
Follow all company policies and kitchen safety procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist during special events, banquets, and high-volume service periods.
Handle customer-specific food requirements and special orders when required.
Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
