We are looking for confident and customer-focused Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain loan and credit card products, and assist customers with the initial application process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries.
Explain loan and credit card products, eligibility, and basic terms.
Capture customer details and update leads in the CRM.
Follow up with customers and coordinate with the sales/operations team.
Handle basic objections and queries professionally.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and organized approach.
Willingness to learn loan, credit card, and basic banking products.
Prior telecalling, call centre, or financial services experience is preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
