Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
Make welcome calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Follow up on sales leads, enquiries, bookings, and test drives.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and other departments.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in DMS/CRM.
Conduct customer satisfaction and follow-up calls.
Support the team in achieving customer retention and sales targets.
Prepare daily and monthly follow-up reports.
Maintain qualified communication and excellent customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
