Job Summary

We are seeking a nurturing Kindergarten Educator to join our team! As a Kindergarten Educator,

Responsibilities
Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards
Develop and maintain a secure, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement instructional programs
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking
Manage classroom behaviour and promote personal-social-emotional development
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians




Stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Teaching certification (B.Ed or diploma course in Early Childhood Care)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with kindergarten-age children
Robust knowledge of child development and learning theories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a quick-paced environment
