Responsibilities :
Contribute to the development Project Setup Activity.
Project Notification & status update to all involve department.
Review &
QC activity of all project documents & design.
Develop a dark fiber pre splicing plan to splice all dark fibers in the project area to provide interconnectivity for all cutover requirements.
Develop the fiber cutover plan using all available documentation.
Creation Permit documentation based on standard process by respective Local municipal council.
Apply &
Track permit application.
Tracking & status update of Project Implementation & closer.
Preferred candidate profile :
Valuable understanding of plan & design of wire line network, optical fiber/copper network, FTTx, HFC
Responsible for Fiber/HFC Plan &
Design, Field Survey, Plan implementation &
End to End project activity
Responsible for Plan &
Design activity including project documentation of FTTx &
HFC Network.
Valuable understanding e2e process for as-built activity
Expertise in Telecom Network Plan &
Design, Implementation and Network Assurance
Expertise in End to End process for permit & permission from Local municipal council
Participate and contribute in project meetings, both Internal and external
Actively support the entire organization to Improve IT-tools and processes being used.
Problem solving mentality with a can-do attitude.
Experience from Outside Plant (OSP) &
Inside plant (ISP) Telecoms
Experience in CAD design tools such as QGIS/ Google Earth/ SpatialNet/ MapInfo/ or AutoCAD
Ability to provide support, information and project details as requested by various departments
Experience from construction and Field Survey is preferred
Preparation of plan and design document against RFP, RFI &
Customer Need
Experience in creation of Bill of Material (BOM) &
Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and all other project documentation
Experience in service Quality management
Excellent communications skills in verbal, written and presentation forms
Significant, proven and demonstratable cellular wireless industry experience
Highly proficient listener & consultative sales style with the ability to shape customer thinking
