Position: Construction Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar / Rambha

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.
Ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
Review construction schedules and take corrective action to avoid project delays.
Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely execution of assigned work.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.




Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills
Robust leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of building construction methods and civil engineering practices.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Valuable knowledge of project planning, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple construction activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
