Leaders Fitness Academy is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to coordinate with students, follow up on repayments, and provide administrative support. We’re looking for someone with robust communication skills who can manage student enquiries and day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with students and respond to their enquiries.
Follow up on pending repayments and support collection.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Maintain clear communication with students and internal staff.
Skills and Requirements
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Positive organisational and follow-up skills.
