Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order confirmation to project completion.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Project teams.
Prepare and draft skilled emails for customer communication, project updates, approvals, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with prompt follow-up.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, dispatch schedules, and installation progress.
Prepare and maintain customer records, correspondence, MOMs, and project documentation.
Follow up with customers for approvals, pending documents, payments, and feedback.
Support the sales team with post-order coordination and customer relationship management.




Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Client Servicing.
Experience in the PEB, construction, manufacturing, or engineering industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
