We are looking for experienced Draftsmen to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for various building services and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, shop drawings and working drawings based on project requirements.
Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD and relevant drafting/design software.
Coordinate with engineers, architects and project teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards and codes.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications and constructability.
Prepare revisions and update drawings based on site/project requirements.
Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and resolve drawing/interface issues.
Support the engineering team with drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.





Discipline-Specific Requirements
Architecture: Architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
Civil: Civil plans, structural layouts, site development, grading, sections, details and related construction drawings.
Electrical: Electrical layouts, lighting, power, cable routing and related drawings.
HVAC: HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment and coordination drawings.
Plumbing & Firefighting: Water supply, drainage, plumbing, firefighting, sprinkler, hydrant and related layouts.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech/B.E Degree
3+ years of relevant drafting experience in the respective field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of technical drawings, layouts and engineering standards.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
Positive coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
