About the Role

We are looking for a

Construction Project Engineer – Data Center to support data center construction, fit-out, retrofit, and infrastructure improvement projects. The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure secure, high-quality, and timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate data center construction, fit-out, retrofit, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, invoices, and KPIs.
Review construction drawings, engineering documentation, site plans, and technical designs.
Support resource planning, material procurement, and contractor management.
Identify project risks, track issues, and support mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, security requirements, and applicable regulations.
Track project progress and communicate status, risks,



and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Support change management, vendor selection, RFPs, and project approval processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project experience.
Positive understanding of construction planning, project coordination, cost control, and schedule management.
Solid stakeholder coordination and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience working on data center projects.
Experience in data center construction, fit-outs, retrofits, or critical infrastructure projects.
Exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination, construction safety, and quality management.
