Educational Qualification
First Class Graduate (Commerce / Finance / Economics preferred).
Experience
6–10 years in depository operations, preferably with a CDSL or NSDL participant.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily DP operations including demat/remat, pledging, transmission, and settlement.
Ensure adherence to depository and SEBI guidelines.
Reconcile client and DP holdings on a periodic basis.
Handle audit queries, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Manage client escalations and ensure service quality.
Required Skills
In-depth understanding of DP operations and regulations.
Proficiency in DP back-office systems.
Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
