Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns
Support customer engagement and retention activities
Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams
Maintain campaign reports and customer databases
Support offer communication and repeat purchase campaigns
Track retention campaign performance and basic analytics
Work on loyalty & referral programs.
