We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage client inquiries, provide information about real estate projects, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property buying process.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries.
Respond to customer queries regarding property details, pricing, availability, and project specifications.
Schedule site visits and appointments for prospective buyers.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or real estate support (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
