Role & responsibilities
Client Billing & Revenue Management
Prepare and submit RA Bills, milestone bills, final bills
Verify executed quantities from site records, BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets.
Ensure timely submission of invoices with supporting documents.
Track bill certification status and coordinate with clients for approvals and payment release.
Quantity Verification & Measurement
Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQ.
Coordinate with site engineers for measurement collection and reconciliation.




Prepare measurement sheets and quantity abstracts for billing.
Monitor quantity consumption and identify variances against budget.
Subcontractor Billing
Review and certify subcontractor RA bills based on executed quantities and contract terms.
Verify work completion records, measurements, and supporting documents.
Prepare payment recommendations and maintain subcontractor billing records.
Track retention, advances, recoveries, and deductions.
Commercial & Contract Management
Support preparation of variation orders, change orders, and extra item claims.
Assist in cost monitoring, reconciliation, and commercial reporting.
Maintain contractual correspondence related to billing and claims
