A boutique investment and advisory firm is hiring for a role that sits between promoters who need capital and investors who deploy it.

Key responsibilities:
Originate and identify investment opportunities across growth-stage and established businesses
Build and maintain relationships with promoters, founders, CXOs, CFOs and business owners to generate a pipeline
Understand the company's business, growth plans, capital requirement and investment proposition; evaluate opportunities commercially and assess suitability for specific investors
Develop and maintain relationships with VC funds, family offices, AIFs, PE funds and strategic investors
Lead investor outreach and syndication on identified prospects; coordinate discussions between company and investors




Manage the deal pipeline from origination through investor engagement, due diligence, negotiation and transaction closure
Support transaction structuring and negotiationsMust have: a live investor network you personally hold and can call
named VC funds, family offices, AIFs, PE funds
and evidence of opportunities you personally sourced.
An execution-only banker with a solid deal sheet but no origination record will not explicit.
